Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies!

Healthy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Makes about 2 dozen cookies

1/2 Cup     Nut Butter
2/3 Cup     Ground Medjool Dates
3/4 Cup     Ground Oats
1/3 Cup     Water
1 Tsp         Baking Soda
1 Tbs         Cinnamon
1 Dash       Salt
1 Tsp         Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 Cup  Oats
3/4 Cup     Raisins
1/2 Cup     Chopped Nuts (optional)


Set oven to 350ยบ F. Combine nuts, dates 3/4 cup of oats, baking soda, cinnamon, water and salt into food processor. Blend until mixed well and smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Place on cookie tray and bake for 15 minutes (no greasing required). Take out, and enjoy!
