Although many people dread starting to exercise, I find it enjoyable. Starting to exercise is the worst part for me. One my blood pressure is up, there's no stopping me!
Here is my usual routine...It's pretty simple really.
I try to exercise three times a week. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. I tend to work out for approximately 30 minutes. It's really not hard. I use an exercise program on my family's Xbox... you heard me right...Xbox. It keeps track of your progress, and even your diet if you wanted it to! It is very easy to use. It has an animated figure doing all the exercises along with you, and you can choose the digital workout space and music. Also, you can select what exercise equipment you own, so the computer can use them in your workout. It allows you to set a schedule. It's really a nice program. It's called, MySelfFitness. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone who is, or wants to begin working out.
